  1. Had my boat docked this weekend, came back the next morning and found the bilge light was on, but the switch was not engaged and the bilge was not on. Flipped the bilge switch a few times and nothing happened, and once i pulled the drain plug after trailering, the light turned off. Pretty sure I need to replace the bilge pump, I have the S500 Sahara pump which came with my 2013 F21. Anyone ever changed their's? Looks like it would be a simple plug and play after buying a new pump, which is only about $40.
  2. New to the forum and love it however I've been unable to find an answer to my question, I've had water in the bilge as I can see water pumping out when trailering down a hill after boating. When I get home to look in the engine compartment it is completely dry. So my question is how do I have water in the bilge but nothing under the engine? Is there a wall midship for the forward bilge and the engine compartment is a second bilge? If so, is there a second bilge pump for the motor compartment? Also water will spill out of the bilge when we are more or less flat. Can the bilge empty by gravity or is it being pumped by the bilge pump? Can't hear anything running which makes me think Gravity is forcing the water out. Also when I flip the bilge pump on it never pumps any water but when I hit a slight incline trailering, water comes gushing out. Lastly if anyone could help point me to an owners manual I would greatly appreciate it. Absolutely love this boat, thanks for any help!
  3. Hey Guys, noticed today that I had more water in my bilge than normal on a 1996 Boss 200. Can here pump trying to run but no water coming out. I think the pump is under the front access panel by the cooler but seems really tough to access for a simple fix? Will the in-floor cooler come out or do I need to take up the entire floor panel (ugh, I think I do
  4. When we are boating, I raise motor cover to see if I have any leaks, drive shaft ect..... And it's fairly dry, but the 2 times I've used boat then put it on trailer and get truck and trailer on level ground the auto bildge kicks on and runs for a good 10 to 15 seconds, appears at least a gallon on so. Any input? Thanks
