Trigger Pulled

WakeDirt

Recommended Posts

Well the Trigger has been pulled!  After a lot of thought and some issues with a local lender....Larson and MB pull it out in the end!  I know that the distance will be a hurdle, and I do a have a solid local dealer, MB/Larson was just too good to pass up.

2014 MB F-22

Base Motor

1235 Prop (Prolly upgrade to the surf prop) or buy a 2079, and use 1235 as backup

-Trim Tab

-Heater

-Heated Driver Seat

-Shower

-Surf Lights

-Theatre Lights

-Logo Carpet

-4 Rev 8s White (yes I know Rev 8s)  I really liked them on my old boat, I'm not looking to be the big speaker/loudest dude, and got a smoking deal!  I don't wakeboard or tube so I don't care what my "mid bass" sounds like at 70'

-Trailer All White with XD Monster 18s.

Plans:

-Use existing HT-6 for in-boats, existing HT-2 for 2 808s, purchase Ht-1 for the stock sub I will re-seal, and a Arc KS600.2 for the 4 Revs.

-Wetsounds SQ420

-Clarion Waterproof Remote

-LEDS RGB strips for the front speaker nooks, rear cabin speaker nooks, and driver's foot well.** Possibly tower and swim deck**(Ya I had do a few!!)

Ballast: To be continued...............

Also made sure that in the notes they will be adding 2 heavy duty tower shocks!! thanks for the thread guys!

-May be a inverter added at some point for the Pinas. B)

When I got to finally see a F22 today, I was blown away.  I was going to by one at one point sight unseen, (The AZ F22 At AWS in Mesa) **My obvious color inspiration** and now it is good to know my instincts were spot on.  The quality and features are insane, and I am so so happy to have gone with what my gut has been telling me all along.  They are very impressive boats, and I have said it before...sitting next to Malibus, quality and styling, I dig he MB....with or without the much more appealing price tag.  Very happy I got to crawl around in one of these and get to see the interiors and vinyl materials and colors before I made the final decision.  These boats (23, 21, and 22) are amazing builds.

Stoked to still be on the forum and get to ask a ton of annoying questions I should know the answer to!

I am hoping I have it by May, I may have to find a new lake for the summer <_<

DFTR's boat also has always been my favorite 21 on the site.

Thanks for the love!  I was just talking to another boat dealer how mostly white boat's aren't built much.  With the bold colors out there he had black/yellow - black/red - green/white and says he sales out.  Can't wait to see this boat when it's delivered and on the water.  You know I'm going to say it...  "Boat Bling time!" ;)

M1AHD, I was very close to getting that boat, but the interior was a bit too white for me, I wanted more grey and black.  Plus Larson made me a deal I couldn't pass up!  **For some reason I cant cut and paste into my comments, and I cant QUOTE???  Updated flash and java...not a comp genius though...

Thanks Midnight!

Still deciding on what bags to stock up on for the ballast testing.

Bow Option 1:

Run two 400s, one on each side, and have the ability to remove one, and still store anchor in the tip.

Bow Option 2: Run the 650 bag

Port Option 1: Run a 1100

Port Option 2: Run a Gravity Games 1180, Longer Yes, but have some locker storage still.  I also spoke with a pro rider and he said Surf's Wave is the best MB he has ever rode, and one of his favorite boats of all time...and he ISNT paid to say that for MB :)

SB: Who care...just throw a 750 or something back there

Gunna have to call you when I need the courage to drill that first hole for the pumps !

Still cant figure out paste and quote WTF!!   Figured it out, using chrome now, I hate IE

The Natique wedge sacks work really well with the pickle forks due to the shape of the compartments...

A single pump to a splitter feeds them very well but I would suggest (and will probably do this myself) putting a splitter valve in to allow you to only fill one side if preferred.

I doubt you need any courage to drill, you are the King of strapping stuff onto a boat B)

Ya that is how I will also have it.  I just make a small tube that can replace/bypasss whichever sack I choose.  I just will run a length of 1" with one of these http://www.wakemakers.com/fly-high-pro-x-series-fitting-w748.html on both ends, it worked well for when I wanted to pull my 1100.

Who has the surf lights?  I was looking at the switch on the new dash and it appears that you can "either" do the surf lights or the cabin lights??  Correct me if I'm wrong.....If so, I suppose while I re wire the heated seat, that will be another re wire.    They have their own switches.

2012 mine is wired separate. My buddies 2012 also had the heated seat wired to the heater and boy that needs to change.  That headed seat gets crazy warm but we didn't want to turn the heaters off for people.  I think they wired it differently in 2013.

Ya I will have to change that if it is still wired that way, should be easy to add to the acc switch, I also want to wire all the stereo stuff hard wired to the stereo bank battery with a Stinger isolator, im too lazy to remember the perko.  I better get that boat bling soon, heard it is good stuff.
