That sticky trim plate would mess with the wake way more than it seems. A reshaped FAE plate could be the missing piece, since 25 mph being clean kind of rules out the hull itself.

Loose manifolds sound like the part worth watching here, otherwise those sensors just become an expensive annual ritual. Hope the original fix actually held up.

Intermittent audio gremlins never really leave, they just wait until people are on board.

A dedicated house battery should keep the stereo from turning a lazy afternoon into a no-start situation. Reserve capacity matters way more there than extra cranking amps.
